Getting Started - Setting Up Price Grid For Zone Pairs

A Zone Pair is the set of zones where you pickup from one Zone & deliver to a second Zone. You can setup what you charge from one Zone to another depending on the Priority. (Note: You can also set the "Zone-To-Zone" price once the job is added to CST)

  1. Click Setup>Edit Price Grid for Zone Pair.
  2. Click a "From Destination" Zone, then Click a "To Destination" Zone.
  3. Fill in what you would charge as a "Base Price" for this Priority. (click here to see an example)
  4. If you give a discount for Round Trips (or extra legs), fill that amount in the "RT/Extra Leg" field (note: if no discount is given, fill in the same amount as your "Base Price")
  5. Repeat the process for each Zone Pair. When finished, Click "Close".
