On this page you will find the download link to our latest software version. We encourage you to keep up-to-date on the latest version of PST, because we are always improving our functionality.
Process Server’s Toolbox (PST) is a Windows-based application that is validated by a code-signing certificate recognized by Microsoft. PST is used by hundreds of companies.
Our solution will allow you to:
- Enter Client information (name, contact information, options)
- Create "jobs" to track serving legal papers for your Clients
- Prepare the legal affidavits that affirm to the Court that you have served the legal papers to the person intended.
- Create invoices to bill your Clients for the services performed
- Calculate payment owned to your employees or independent contractors who serve the papers physically to the person intended.
PST may be uninstalled at any time, using these Uninstall Instructions.
PST is easy to update, but please contact us if you’d like some assistance.

The version of PST (9.0b) you are about to download and install requires you to use "PST Authentication":
- If you use WebPST, you are good to go and should continue the download.

If you use PST Desktop, please select "Options" on the login screen and look at the "Authentication" field.
If it says "SQL Server Authentication", DO NOT upgrade.

Common Installation Problems
Windows Defender SmartScreen is preventing the install from running.
When you attempt to install Process Server's Toolbox, you receive a warning titled "Windows protected your PC." To continue with the installation, click the "More Info" link located at the end of the warning message, then select "Run anyway."
User Account Control prompt
When you attempt to install Process Server's Toolbox, you receive the following prompt: Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer? To continue with the installation, click "Yes."
