We have received several reports from Comcast/XFinity users that they are having connectivity issues.

Here is a status update from the facility that hosts our servers:

We have been receiving complaints of excessive transit loss and packet loss getting to our Orlando, FL network. We have identified the issue to be a transit issue between Cogent and Comcast interconnections. We have contacted our direct carrier and have requested them to investigate the issue further.

We received this status update from the facility that hosts our servers:

We have received reports of latency and connectivity issues from our Orlando, FL data center. At this time, the issues seem to be originating on the Level3 core network within the Miami, FL area of connectivity. We are working with our carriers to assist in isolation and resolution.

Just prior to 2:20PM EDT this afternoon, our monitoring system alerted our senior engineering team of a large scale Ingress DDoS attack to our network core. The DDoS attack was quickly mitigated and services were restored at approximately 2:27PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Atlantic.Net's senior network engineering team will be proceeding with the scheduled maintenance tomorrow morning to bring new core network infrastructure online in order to assist with mitigating the impact these attacks have on our customers.

They rerouted a few of our IP addresses to a different cabinet, which is what caused the connection issues. This has been resolved & we are working with Atlantic.net (our Server Facility) to determine why this happened.
